I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z702-2020 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham Read a First and
Second and Third Reading and finally passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 51h day of
March 2020 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations
made by the Lieutenant Governor -in -Council under Section 34 of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20-day objection period expired on the 261h day of March 2020 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19) by any person in the office of
the Clerk.
By-law No. Z702-2020 is in full force and effect.

BY-LAW NO. Z702-2020
ANDERSON / SMITH
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A" Map No. 5 by changing the zoning symbol on the lands from Estate Residential (ER) zone
to a site -specific Estate Residential (ER-9) zone, which lands are outlined in heavy solid lines
and marked ER-9 on Schedule "A" Map No. 5 to this By-law, which schedule is attached to
and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section
8.13 Exception — Estate Residential (ER) Zone by: adding the following clauses:
8.13.9.1 Defined Area
ER-9 as shown on Schedule "A" Map No. 5 to this By-law.
8.13.9.2 Regulation for Accessory Buildings
Maximum Floor Area: 157 m2
Minimum Front Yard Setback: 15.0 m
Notwithstanding Section 4.2 c), up to one (1) accessory building is permitted in
the front yard.
Notwithstanding Section 4.2 d), up to one (1) accessory building is permitted
closer to the front of the lot than the main building.
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of
the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of
the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
