I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z701-2020 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham Read a First and
Second and Third Reading and finally passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 201h day
of February 2020 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by
regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor -in -Council under Section 34 of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20-day objection period expired on the 12th day of March 2020 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19) by any person in the office of
the Clerk.
By-law No. Z701-2020 is in full force and effect.

BY-LAW NO. Z701-2020

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A" Map No. 10 by changing the zoning symbol on the lands from
Agriculture (Al -A) zone to a site -specific Rural Industrial (M2-8) zone, which lands
are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked M2-8 on Schedule "A" Map No. 10 to
this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A" Map No. 10 by changing the zoning symbol on the lands from Agriculture
(Al-A)zone to a holding site -specific Rural Industrial (M2-8(h6)) zone, which lands are
outlined in heavy solid lines and marked M2-8(h6) on Schedule "A" Map No. 10 to this
By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 21.10 Exception — Rural Industrial (M2) Zone by: deleting "30,000 m2" and
replacing it with "60,000 m2,, in Section 21.10.8.2 Maximum Lot Area;
AND by deleting Section 21.10.8.3 Maximum Lot Coverage;
AND by deleting "60.0 metres" and replacing it with "40.0 metres" in Section 21.10.8.4
Minimum Side Yard Depth;
AND by deleting Section 21.10.8.5 Minimum Rear Yard Depth.
4) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 3.3 by adding the following clause:
f) h6 Purpose: To ensure that development takes a form compatible with adjacent
land uses, Agreement(s) with the Municipality shall be entered into following a
public site plan review process specifying the issues allowed for under Section
41 of the Planning Act, as amended from time to time, prior to removal of the
"h6" symbol.
5) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or

b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
approval of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
READ A FIRST TIME AND SECOND TIME THIS 201h DAY OF FEBRUARY 2020.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 20th DAY OF FEBRUARY 2020.
