BY-LAW NO. Z695-2019

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"E" Richmond, by deleting from the Hamlet Residential — holding (HR(h2/h3)) Zone and adding
to the Hamlet Residential (HR) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HR
on Schedule "E" Richmond to this By-law, which is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST TIME AND SECOND TIME THIS 5th DAY OF DECEMBER 2019.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 5th DAY OF DECEMBER 2019.
