Mayor Ketchabaw called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

A. Deputy Mayor Weisler provided a reminder of the Remembrance Day Services being held
Sunday, November 10, 2019. Vienna Service is 11:00 am at the Vienna Memorial Park
Cenotaph and the Port Burwell Parade and Service begins at 1:30 p.m.

THAT correspondence from Peter Hiebert re 57161 Eden Line Parking be received for
information;
AND THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham does not approve
the request from Peter Hiebert.

A. By-Law No. 2019-091 Being a by-law to repeal By-Law No. 2019-053 a by-law to
authorize the execution of an agreement between the Municipality of Bayham and Quaenet
Canada Inc.

THAT By-Law No. 2019-091 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed.

Council recessed at 7:14 p.m. and reconvened for the Public Meeting at 7:30 p.m.

Revision at 8:00 p.m.
