Vienna Service is 11:00 am at the Vienna Memorial Park Cenotaph and the Port Burwell Parade and Service begins at 1:30 p.m. 5. DELEGATIONS None. 6. ADOPTION OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING(S) A. Peter Hiebert re 57161 Eden Line Parking Moved by: Deputy Mayor Weisler Seconded by: Councillor Chilcott THAT correspondence from Peter Hiebert re 57161 Eden Line Parking be received for information; AND THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham does not approve the request from Peter Hiebert. CARRIED 11.2 Reports to Council 12. BY-LAWS A. By-Law No. 2019-091 Being a by-law to repeal By-Law No. 2019-053 a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement between the Municipality of Bayham and Quaenet Canada Inc. Moved by: Deputy Mayor Weisler Seconded by: Councillor Chilcott THAT By-Law No. 2019-091 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed. CARRIED Council recessed at 7:14 p.m. and reconvened for the Public Meeting at 7:30 p.m. Following the Public Meeting, Council recessed at 7:33 p.m. and reconvened for the Court of Revision at 8:00 p.m. 13. By-Law No. 2019-092 Being a by-law to confirm all actions of Council Moved by: Deputy Mayor Weisler Seconded by: Councillor Chilcott THAT Confirming By-Law No. 2019-092 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed CARRIED 4 2019 Council Minutes November 7, 2019 16.
