8.1 Lighthouse Exterior/interior Condition
(a) CAO 44-19 - Port Burwell Lighthouse Report — Motion to receive for information
Albert White has found the manufacturer of Liquid Vinyl Siding. A photo of the Lighthouse is
on the business's website. Albert made contact with the business and the opinion is that the
wood is raw at the back; a moisture barrier is required for the siding to seal properly. The
moisture should be less than 14% and the inside sealed with an oil-based sealer.
Contact can be made with the company if required when reviewing next year.
