CALL TO ORDER Mayor Ketchabaw called the public meeting to order at 7:41 PM and asked those in attendance for this Planning Public Meeting regarding intent to remove a holding symbol application by Nariender Grewal to place their name and contact information on the sign-in sheet provided at the podium. 2. DISCLOSURES OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF No disclosures of pecuniary interest were declared. 3. CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS ON THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING The Chairman stated the purpose and effect of the proposed amendment. 4. PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT A. Zoning By-law Amendment Application with intent to pass an amending by-law to remove a holding symbol submitted by N. Grewal The purpose of the public meeting is to consider an application to remove the Holding (h2) provisions on four (4) residential lots with a combined land area of 1.7 hectare (4.3 acres) located on Part Lot 123, Concession North of Talbot Road, on the north end of Straffordville along Sandytown Road, south of Stewart Road, in the Village of Straffordville from the Village Residential Holding (R1(h2)) Zone to the Village Residential (R1) Zone in the Zoning By-law of the Municipality of Bayham No. Z456-2003. The applicant will fulfill the requirements of the holding provisions following approval of the Subdivision Agreement By-Law No. 2019-069 to be considered August 15, 2019. 2 2019 Planning Meeting Minutes August 15, 2019 Nariender Grewal The effect of the by-law will be to permit the development of four (4) residential building lots created by consent (Applications E65-68/18) in accordance with the Village— Residential Uses policies of the Official Plan 5. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION None. 6. CORRESPONDENCE None. 7. OTHER BUSINESS None. 8. ADJOURNMENT Moved by: Councillor Donnell Seconded by: Deputy Mayor Weisler THAT the Zoning By-law and Subdivision Agreement By-law be considered at the meeting scheduled for August 15, 2019; AND THAT pursuant to the Planning Act requirements, the Public Meeting for Zoning Application Nariender Grewal is now complete at 7:44 PM CARRIED MAYO ' R C
