1. CALL TO ORDER
CAO|Clerk Paul Shipway called the meeting to order at 3:30PM.

A. Blue Flag Beach Designation Requirements
B. Environmental Educational Events
C. General Discussion
The Blue Flag Beach Advisory Committee held a general discussion pertaining to the above
noted items including water levels, beach maintenance, designation requirements and role of
the Blue Flag Beach Advisory Committee. Staff were assigned follow up duties as follows:
• Investigate Mobi Mat costs for potential incorporation into the Capital Budget to improve
beach accessibility.
• Confirm Public Health beach water testing operational procedure.
• Investigate additional environmental activities and opportunities.
Staff to follow up as information is available via email.
3. OTHER BUSINESS
Appointment of the Chair to occur at the fall 2019 Meeting.
