I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z685-2019 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham Read a First and
Second and Third Reading and finally passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 18th day
of April 2019 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations
made by the Lieutenant Governor -in -Council under Section 34 of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 -day objection period expired on the 13th day of May 2019 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19) by any person in the office of
the Clerk.
By-law No. Z685-2019 is in full force and effect.

BY-LAW NO. Z685-2019

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A" Map No. 6 by changing the zoning symbol on the retained lands from
Agricultural (Al) zone to Special Agricultural (A2) zone, which lands are outlined in heavy
solid lines and marked A2 on Schedule "A" Map No. 6 to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A" Map No. 6 by changing the zoning symbol on the severed lands from
Agricultural (Al) zone to site-specific Rural Residential (RR -38) zone, which lands are
outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR -38 on Schedule "A" Map No. 6 to this By-law,
which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 5.12 Exception — Agricultural (Al) Zone by adding the following clauses:
7.13.38.1 Defined Area
RR -38 as shown on Schedule "A" Map No. 6 to this By-law.
7.13.38.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
zero, access via right-of-way
7.13.38.3 Prohibited Uses
Notwithstanding the regulations of Subsection 7.11.1 of the By-law, the
keeping of livestock shall be prohibited.
4) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or

b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
approval of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
