EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of By-law No. Z146-86 is to change the zoning on a
parcel of land located on the north side of County Road 45 in
part of Lot 26, Concession V from the Agricultural (Al) Zone to
the Special Rural Residential (RR-3) Zone. The subject lands
are comprised of approximately 1,633 square metres and are
occupied by a residential dwelling unit and a kiln.
The effect of this by-law will be to recognize the establish-
ment of a new lot which has been separated from an adjacent
farm operation through the process of severance and conveyance.
The lot is occupied by a surplus farm dwelling. This by-law is
also intended to implement the policies of Official Plan
Amendment No. 6 which designates the subject lands as "Rural
Residential".
