Z133-85 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2040 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2040; THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as follows : 1. THAT By-law No. 2040, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5 - Agricultural (Al) Zone Regulations by deleting subsection 5 . 12 . 3 and replacing it with the following: "5.12 .3 PERMITTED USES Trailer Park Defined Area Al-3 as shown on Schedule "A" - Map 36 to By-law No. 2040 Minimum Lot Area 5 . 0 hectares Minimum Lot Frontage 120 .0 metres" - 2 - 2 . THAT Schedule "A" , Map 36 to By-law No. 2040, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting from the Special Agricultural (A1-3) Zone and the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the Rural Residential (RR) Zone those lands enclosed in heavy solid lines and designated RR on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which Schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 3 . THIS By-law comes into force: (a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township' s Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1983 and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or (b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township ' s Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1983 and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. READ a FIRST time this 19th day of December, 1985. READ a SECOND time this 19th day of December, 1985. READ a THIRD time and FINALLY PASSED this 19th day of December, 1985. A NOTICE OF APPEAL SETTING OUT THE OBJECTION TO THE BY-LAW AND THE REASONS IN SUPPORT OF THE OBJECTION. AN EXPLANATION OF THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE BY-LAY, DESCRIB- ING THE LANDS TO WHICH THE BY-LAW APPLIES, AND A KEY MAP SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE LANDS TO WHICH THE BY-LAW APPLIES (OR, ALTER- NATIVELY, AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY A KEY MAP IS NOT PROVIDED) ARE ATTACHED. PETRIE CLERK OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM BOX 160 STRAFFORDVILLE, ONTARIO NOJ 1Y0 EXPLANATORY NOTE i) The purpose of By-law No. Z133-85 is to change the zoning on two adjacent properties in Lot 13, Conc. II in the Township of Bayham. The rezoning is necessary to recognize the conveyance of an irregularly shaped parcel of land consisting of 0 . 28 hectares to an existing and adjacent residential lot, and, to recognize an existing rural residential use on a lot which has recently been severed from an existing trailer park. The subject lands are presently zoned to permit agricultural use and a trailer park in addition to the two aforementioned rural residential uses . The effect of this By-law will be to recognize the changes to the two rural residential lots as a result of a severance from the trailer park property. There will be no change in the existing land use of the subject properties effected by this By-law. ii) A key map is attached to this By-law in order to show the location of the zone change. Although not part of the actual By-law, the attached Schedule ' B' has been included to graphically depict the changes in lot structure recognized by the By-law.
