BY-LAN NO. Z128-84
BEING A BY-LAV TO AMEND Br-LAN NO. 2040
MIZREAB the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Bayham deems it necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No.
2040;
""HEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Bayham enacts as follows:
1 . THAT By-law No. 2040, as amended, is hereby further
amended by amending Section 12, Rural Industrial (M2)
Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to 12.10
Exceptions - M2 Zone after subsection 12.10.4 as
follows:
"12 .10 .4
12 .10 .5.1 Defined Area
M2-5 as shown on Schedule "A" to this By-law.
12 .10.5.2 Rear Yard Depth
4.6 metres (15 feet) . "
2 . THAT Schedule "F" to By-law No. 2040, as amended, is
hereby amended by deleting from the Rural Industrial (M2)
Zone and adding to the Special Rural Industrial (M2-5)
Zone those lands enclosed in heavy solid lines and
designated M2-5 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
3 . THIS By-law comes into force:
(a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the
Township' s Clerk within the time prescribed by the
Planning Act 1983 and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
(b) where notice of objection has been filed with the
Township' s Clerk within the time prescribed by the
Planning Act 1983 and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ a FIRST time this 1Sth day of October, 1984.
READ a SECOND time this 18th day of October, 1984..
RAD a THIRD time and FINALLY PASSED this 18th day of
October, 1984.

OF BAYHAM PASSED BY-LAW Z128-84 ON THE 18TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1984
UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE P .ANNInG ACT, 11983.
AND TAKE NOTICE THAT ANY PERSON OR AGENCY MAY APPEAL TO THE
ONTARIO MUNICIPAL BOARD IN RESPECT OF THE BY-LAW BY FILING WITH
THE CLERK OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM NOT LATER THAN THE 22ND DAY OF
NOVEMBER, 1984, A NOTICE OF APPEAL SETTING OUT THE OBJECTION TO THE
BY-LAW AND THE REASONS IN SUPPORT OF THE OBJECTION.
AN EXPLANATION OF THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE BY-LAW, DESCRIB-
ING THE LANDS TO WHICH THE BY-LAW APPLIES, AND A KEY MAP SHOWING
THE LOCATION OF THE LANDS TO WHICH THE BY-LAW APPLIES (OR, ALTER-
NATIVELY, AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY A KEY MAP IS NOT PROVIDED) ARE
ATTACHED. THE COMPLETE BY-LAW IS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION IN MY
OFFICE DURING REGULAR OFFICE HOURS .

EXPLANATORY NOTE
i) The purpose of By-law No. Z128-84 is to change the zoning on
a parcel of land located in the Hamlet of Straffordville,
Township of Bayham, from the Rural Industrial (M2) Zone to
the special Rural Industrial (M2-5) Zone. The area
of the subject lands is approximately 1217 .9 m2 (0.3 acres) .
The use of these lands for the manufacturing, sales and
service of agricultural machinery is not altered by this
By-law amendment.
The effect of this By-law amendment is to provide relief from
the minimum rear yard regulation in the M2 Zone in order to
permit the addition of a loading dock and storage area on an
existing building.

No. Z128-84 applies follows this explanatory note.

STATEMENT OF CONFORMITY
TO THE EAST ELGIN OFFICIAL PLAN
(TOWNSHIP OF HAYHAi:)
I, J.A. Petrie, the Clerk of the Corporation of the Township
of Bayham have reviewed By-law No. 2128-84 of the Corporation
of the Township of Bayham.
I am in the opinion that:
X The By-law is in conformity with the East Elgin
Official Plan as it applies to the Township of Bayham.
The East Elgin Official Plan does not contain
provisions that apply to land which this By-law
applies.
