THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM
BY-LAW NO. Z280.92
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A", Map 69 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to
the Special Rural Residential (RR-21) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid
lines and marked RR-21 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 7. Rural Residential (RR) Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection
to Section 7.13 EXCEPTIONS - RR Zone as follows:
"7.13.21
7.13.21.1 Defined Area
RR-21 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 69 to this By-law.
7.13.21.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
30 metres."
3. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1983 and regulations
pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1983 and regulations pursuant
thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.

IN THE TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the. Cotpuration of the Township of l3ayhant will hold
a public meeting on Thursday, November 5th, 1992 at 8:00 p.m. hi the Township Council
Chambers in Straffordville, to consider a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment under
Section 34 of the PLANNING ACT, 1983.
The purpose of the Amendment is to change the zoning on.a 0.8 hectare (two acre) parcel
of Sand situated in Lot 21, Concession HI in the Township of Bayluun as shown on the key
map below.
The subject lands consist of two existing irregularly shaped lots in an Agricultural (Al)
Zone. Both lots are vacant.
The effect of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment will be to facilitate an internal
change in lot lines in accordance with subsection 7.7.7. of the Official Plan, and to permit
the establishment of a single detached dwelling on each lot in a site specific Rural
Residential Zone.
ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting and/or make a written or verbal representa-
tion in support of or in opposition to the proposed amendment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION relating to the proposed Zoning Ry-law Amendment may be
obtained at the Township Municipal Office.

Sime the subject :ands are "lots cf record" in the Agricultural (A!) Zone, they
are typicIliy entitled to be developed as residential lets, provided 1towe, r that
they ran comply with suhsect►on 4.11 of the General Provisions of .the Zoning
By-law.
• Subsection 4.11 requires a minimum lot frontage of 20 metres and a minimum
kit area of 1300 square metres. In order to meet this requirement, the existing
lots would have to be expanded or reconfigu.rtd through the severance process,
all of which would tae support ci i.,y subsection 7.7.7 of the Official Plan.

NOTICE OF THE PASSING
OF A ZONING BY-LAW BY
THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham passed
By-Law No. Z280-92 on the 5th day of November, 1992 under Section 34 of THE
PLANNING ACT, 1983.
AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or agency may appeal to the Ontario Municipal
Board in respect of the By-law by filing with the Clerk of the Township of Bayham not
later than the day of December, 1992, a notice of appeal setting out the
objection to the By-law and the reasons in support of the objection.
An explanation of the purpose and effect of the By-law, describing the lands to which the
By-law applies, and a Key Map showing the location of the lands to which the By-law
applies (or, alternatively an explanation as to why a key map is not provided) are
attached. The complete By-law is available for inspection in my office during regular
office hours.
