NOTICE OF THE PASSING
OF A ZONING BY-LAW BY
THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayharn passed
By-Law No. Z265-92 on the 2nd day of January, 1992 under Section 34 of THE
PLANNING ACT, 1983.
AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or agency may appeal to the Ontario Municipal
Board in respect of the By-law by filing with the Clerk of the Township of Bayham not
later than the 30th:lay of January , 1992, a notice of appeal setting out the objection
to the By-law and the reasons in support of the objection.
An explanation of the purpose and effect of the By-law, describing the lands to which the
By-law applies, and a Key Map showing the location of the lands to which the By-law
applies (or, alternatively an explanation as to why a key map is not provided) are
attached. The complete By-law is available for inspection in my office during regular
office hours.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of By-law No. Z265-92 is to change the zoning on a 1.5 hectare (3.7 acre)
parcel of land situated on the South side of Highway No. 3 in Part Lot 17, Concession
10, in the Township of Bayham, from the Farm Industrial (M1) Zone to the Special
Rural Industrial (M2-8) Zone.
The effect of this By-law will be to include as a permitted use on the subject lands, an
existing metal partition fabrication establishment in addition to all other permitted uses
in the Rural Industrial (M2) Zone.

BEING A BYLAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 12, Rural Industrial (M2) Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection
to Section 12.10 EXCEPTION - (M2) Zone as follows:
"12.10.8
12.10.8.1 Defined Area
M2-8 as shown on Schedule 'A', Map 7 to this By-law.
12.10.8.2 Permitted Uses
Metal partition fabrication in addition to all other permitted
uses in the Rural Industrial (M2) Zone.
12.10.8.3 Permitted Buildings and Structures
Buildings and strut •s for the permitted uses."
2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule 'A', Map 7, by deleting from the Farm Industrial (M1) Zone and adding
to the Special Rural Industrial (M2-8) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid
lines and marked M2-8 on Schedule 'A' to this By-law, which schedule is attached
to and forms part of this By-law.
3. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1983 and regulations
pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
2
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1983 and regulations pursuant
thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.

It has recently been brought to the Township ' s attention
that the business conducted on your property by Honeycomb
Construction Services Limited is contravention to the Township ' s
zoning by-law.
The present zoning on this property is classed M1 which
is Farm Industrial , the permitted uses of which are attached
to this letter . This matter has been brought before council
and it is their opinion that it will be necessary to have the
proper zoning in place to permit it ' s present use .
No doubt, after reviewing the permitted uses under your
present zoning you will acknowledge that a zoning change is
required.
A copy of the Township M2 zoning is enclosed for your
review as this zoning would be more appropriate for the present
land use.
Please contact the Township office for further information
as to the necessary steps to have the proper zoning put into place -
