This will confirm the receipt of your letter of April 4, 1991 , concerning
your intention to have the subject property rezoned.
We have reviewed your proposal and are pleased to advise we have no
objections providing
1. Access to the property is restricted to the Township Road. The
existing access to the highway will have to be removed.
2. All commercial buildings and structures must be placed at least 32m
(105 ft.) from the centreline of Highway 3.
3. You obtain all necessary permits from this Ministry prior to starting
any construction.

AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or agency may appeal to the Ontario Municipal
Board in respect of the By-law by filling with the Clerk of the Township of Bayham not
later than the 16th day of July, 1991, a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the
By-law and the reasons in support of the objection.
An explanation of the purpose and effect of the By-law, describing the lands to which the
By-law applies, and a Key Map showing the location of the lands to which the By-law
applies (or, alternatively an explanation as to why a key map is not provided) are

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of By-law No. Z255-91 is to change the list of permitted uses on a 0.72
hectare (1.78 acre) parcel of land situated on the north east corner of Part Lot 18,
Concession 10, in the Township of Bayham. The subject lands are presently zoned
Special I-Iighway Commercial (HWC-2)
The effect of this By-law will be to expand the list of permitted uses. It is not anticipated
that new buildings or structures will be constructed on the property.

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby amended by amending Section 17,
Highway Commercial (HWC) Zone Regulations by deleting section 17.10.2 in its
entirety and replacing it with the following:
°17.10.2
17.10.2.1 Defined Area
HWC-2 as shown on Schedule 'A', Map 7 to this By-law.
17.10.2.2 Permitted Uses
Auction sales facility in addition to all other permitted uses in the
Highway Commercial (HWC) Zone.
17.10.2.3 Prohibited Uses
Motel
Hotel"
2. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act 1983 and regulations
pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act 1983 and regulations pursuant
thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
