1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Ketchabaw called the public meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. and asked those in
attendance for this Planning Public Meeting regarding a Zoning By-Law Amendment
application by Matt Bridgeman to place their name and contact information on the sign-in sheet
provided at the podium.
2. DISCLOSURES OF PECUNIARY INTEREST & THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF
No disclosures of pecuniary interest were declared.
3. CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS ON THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING
The Chairman stated the purpose and effect of the proposed amendment.
4. PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT
A. Application submitted by Matt Bridgeman
The purpose of the public meeting is to consider an application to change the zoning on
a 4,046 m2 (1 acre) parcel of land from an Agricultural (A1) zone to a site-specific Rural
Residential (RR-XX) zone to permit a micro-cultivation of cannabis use as an accessory

industrial use to the main residential use; and to permit an accessory building addition of
220 m2 (2,370 ft2)for the accessory use, in Zoning By-Law Z456-2003. The subject lands
are located at 54095 Ottergate Line, south side, east of Talbot Line.
The effect of the by-law will be to allow micro-cultivation of cannabis use as a secondary
use; and to allow the cultivation and harvesting of cannabis within an addition to an
accessory building constructed specifically to contain the cultivation and harvesting of
cannabis.

THAT the Zoning By-law be considered at the meeting scheduled for February 21, 2019;
AND THAT pursuant to the Planning Act requirements, the Public Meeting for Zoning
Application Matt Bridgeman is now complete at 7:35 p.m.
