BY-LAW NO. Z238-90
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham
deems it necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387 ;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Bayham enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended
by amending Schedule 'A' , Map 26 by deleting from the
Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the Rural Residential
(RR) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid lines and
marked RR on Schedule 'A' to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2 . THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended
by amending Section 5, Agricultural (Al) Zone Regulations by
adding a new subsection to Section 5 . 11 EXCEPTIONS - Al Zone
as follows:
"5 . 11.35
5 . 11. 35 . 1 Defined Area
A1-35 as shown on Schedule 'A' , Map 26 to
this By-law.
5 . 11.35 .2 Permitted Buildings and Structures
Buildings and Structures for the permitted
uses.
5. 11.35.3 Prohibited Buildings and Structures
One supplementary farm dwelling unit;
One mobile home as a supplementary dwelling
unit. "
3 . THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended
by amending Schedule 'A' , Map 26 by deleting form the
Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the Special
Agricultural (A1-35) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy
solid lines and marked A1-35 on Schedule 'A' to this By-law,
which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.

4 . THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the
Township's Clerk within the time prescribed by the
Planning Act, 1983 and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the
Township's Clerk within the time prescribed by the
Planning Act, 1983 and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.

DECISION

Chapter ' , Section 52, as it affects the following property:
DOT 17&18, CONCESSION 7, 'TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM
of a severance of a portion of the above-mentioned premises as shown on a sketch attached to
the application of a lot with a frontage of 45.7m along Concession 8 and a depth of 114.3m
containing one house. The owners are retaining 82.46 hectares containing one house, two
barns, two sheds, four kilns and one silo.

DECISION: GRANTED AS AMENDED
Conditions: This decision will expire unless a deed is presented for stamping by:
MAY 3, 1992 . Legal Description is correct to read Lot 17&18, Concession
North Gore, Township of Bayhatn. Providing that the requirements of the Township
of Bayham are met($500.00 recreational levy) and written notice be received from
same confirming the conditions prior to stamping the deed.

NOTICE OF THE PASSING
OF A ZONING BY-LAW BY
THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Bayham passed By-law No. Z238-90 on the 21st day of June, 1990
under Section 34 of THE PLANNING ACT, 1983.
AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or agency may appeal to the
Ontario Municipal Board in respect of the By-law by filing with
the Clerk of the Township of Bayham not later than the 17th day
of July, 1990, a notice of appeal setting out the objection to
the By-law and the reasons in support of the objection.
An explanation of the purpose and effect of the By-law,
describing the lands to which the By-law applies, and a Key Map
showing the location of the lands to which the By-law applies
(or, alternatively an explanation as to why a key map is not
provided) are attached. The complete By-law is available for
inspection in my office during regular office hours .

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of By-law No. Z238-90 is to change the zoning on a
0.52 hectare (1.3 acre) parcel of land situated on the south side
of the road allowance between Concession 8 and North Gore, in
Part Lot 17, North Gore, in the Township of Bayham, from the
Agricultural (Al) Zone to the Rural Residential (RR) Zone. The
By-law will also rezone the remainder of the lands owned by the
applicant in Part Lot 17, North Gore, in the Township of Bayham
form the Agricultural (Al) Zone to the Special Agricultural (Al-
35) Zone.
The effect of this By-law will be to permit the creation of a
rural residential lot containing one single family dwelling which
has been deemed surplus to an existing farm operation. The
Special Agricultural (A1-35) Zone will restrict further
supplementary farm dwelling units from being constructed on the
lands intended to be retained. This By-law is intended to
implement the policies of Official Plan Amendment No. 77 which
designates the newly created lot as "Rural Residential" .

NOTICE OF THE PASSING
OF A ZONING BY-LAW BY
THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF BAYHAM
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Bayham passed By-law No. 2238-90 on the 21st day of June, 1990
under Section 34 of THE PLANNING ACT, 1983.
AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or agency may appeal to the
Ontario Municipal Board in respect of the By-law by filing with
the Clerk of the Township of Bayham not later than the 17th day
of July, 1990, a notice of appeal setting out the objection to
the By-law and the reasons in support of the objection.
An explanation of the purpose and effect of the By-law,
describing the lands to which the By-law applies, and a Key Map
showing the location of the lands to which the By-law applies
(or, alternatively an explanation as to why a key map is not
provided) are attached. The complete By-law is available for
inspection in my office during regular office hours .

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of By-law No. Z238-90 is to change the zoning on a
0.52 hectare ( 1.3 acre) parcel of land situated on the south side
of the road allowance between Concession 8 and North Gore, in
Part Lot 17 , North Gore, in the Township of Bayham, from the
Agricultural (Al) Zone to the Rural Residential (RR) Zone. The
By-law will also rezone the remainder of the lands owned by the
applicant in Part Lot 17, North Gore, in the Township of Bayham
form the Agricultural (Al) Zone to the Special Agricultural (Al-
35) Zone.
The effect of this By-law will be to permit the creation of a
rural residential lot containing one single family dwelling which
has been deemed surplus to an existing farm operation. The
Special Agricultural (A1-35) Zone will restrict further
supplementary farm dwelling units from being constructed on the
lands intended to be retained. This By-law is intended to
implement the policies of Official Plan Amendment No. 77 which
designates the newly created lot as "Rural Residential" .
