BY-LAW NO. Z295-93
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it necessary
to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 8, Estate Residential (ER) Zone Regulations by adding the following
subsections to Section 8.12 EXCEPTIONS - ER Zone:
"8.13.9
8.13.9.1 Defined Area
ER-9 as shown on Schedule "A" to this By-law.
8.13.9.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
40.0 metres"
2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A" Map 29 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the
Special Estate Residential (ER-9) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid lines and
marked ER-9 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and
forms part of this By-law.
3. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 8, Estate Residential (ER) Zone Regulations by adding the following
subsections to Section 8.12 EXCEPTIONS-ER Zone:
"8.13.10
8.13.10.1 Defined Area
ER-10 as shown on Schedule "A" to this By-law.
8.13.10.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
49.0 metres"
4. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A", MAP 29 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to
the Special Estate Residential (ER-10) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid
lines and marked ER-10 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached
to and forms part of this By-law.
5. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 5, AGRICULTURAL (Al.) Zone Regulations by adding the following
subsections to Section 5.11 EXCEPTIONS - Al Zone:
"5.11.49
5.11.49.1 Minimum Lot Area
9 hectares (22 acres)"
6. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule"A", Map 29 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the
Special Agricultural (A1-49) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid lines and
marked A1-49 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and
forms part of this By-law.
7. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations pursuant
thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 18TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1993.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 18TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1993.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 18TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1993.
