BY-LAW NO. Z297-93
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section
8 Estate Residential (ER) Zone Regulations by adding new subsections to Section 8.13
Exceptions (ER) Zone as follows:
"8.13.6
8.13.6.1 Defined Area
ER-6 as shown on Schedule "A" Map 67 to this By-law.
8.13.6.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
99.0 metres
8.13.6.3 Minimum Lot Area
4900 m2
8.13.6.4 Minimum Front Yard Depth
12.0 metres
8.13.6.5 Permitted Buildings and Structures
Buildings and structures for the permitted uses located south of the fill line
as shown on Schedule "A" Map 67 to this By-law."
2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", Map 67 by deleting from the Agricultural (A1) Zone and adding to the Special
Estate Residential (ER-6) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid lines and marked
ER-6 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of
this By-law.
3. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section
8 Estate Residential (ER) Zone Regulations by adding new subsections to Section 8.13
Exceptions (ER) Zone as follows:
"8.13.7
8.13.7.1 Defined Area
ER-7 as shown on Schedule "A" Map 67 to this By-law.
8.13.7.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
105.0 metres
8.13.7.3 Minimum Lot Area
11000m2
8.13.7.4 Minimum Front Yard Depth
12.0 metres
8.13.7.5 Permitted Buildings and Structures
Buildings and Structures for the permitted uses located south of the fill line as
shown on Schedule "A" Map 67 to this By-law."
4. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", Map 67 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the Special Estate
Residential (ER-7) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid lines and marked ER-7 on
Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law."
5. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 8
Estate Residential (ER) Zone Regulations by adding new subsections to Section 8.13
Exceptions (ER) Zone as follows:
"8.13.8
8.13.8.1 Defined Area
ER-8 as shown on Schedule "A" Map 67 to this By-law.
8.13.8.2 Defined Lot Frontage
The Front Lot Line shall be deemed to be that lot line which fronts onto Chapel
Street.
8.13.7.3 Minimum Lot Frontage
50m
8.13.7.4 Minimum Lot Area
15000 m2
8.13.7.5 Minimum Front Yard Depth
12.0 metres
8.13.7.6 Permitted Buildings and Structures
Buildings and structures for the permitted uses south of the fill line as shown
on Schedule "A" Map 67 to this By-law."
6. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", Map 67 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the Special Estate
Residential (ER-8) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid lines and marked ER-8 on
Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
7. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations pursuant
thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 4TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1993.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 4TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1993.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 4TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1993.
