BY-LAW NO. Z310-94
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 8 Estate Residential (ER) Zone Regulations by adding new subsections to
Section 8.13 Exceptions (ER) Zone as follows:
"8.13.9
8.13.9.1 Defined Area
ER-9 as shown on Schedule "A" Map 67 to this By-law.
8.13.9.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
50.0 metres
8.13.9.3 Minimum Lot Area
9500 m2
8.13.9.4 Permitted Buildings and Structures
Buildings and structures for the permitted uses located north of the fill
line as shown on Schedule "A" Map 67 to this By-law."
2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A", Map 67 by deleting from the Agricultural (A1) Zone and adding to
the Special Estate Residential (ER-9) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid
lines and marked ER-9 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached
to and forms part of this By-law.
3. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 8 Estate Residential (ER) Zone Regulations by adding new subsections to
Section 8.13 Exceptions (ER) Zone as follows:
"8.13.10
8.13.10.1 Defined Area
ER-10 as shown on Schedule "A" Map 67 to this By-law.

8.13.10.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
54.0 metres
8.13.10.3 Minimum Lot Area
8300 m2
8.13.10.4 Permitted Buildings and Structures
Buildings and Structures for the permitted uses locate I north of the fill
line as shown on Schedule "A" Map 67 to this By-law."
4. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A", Map 67 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to
the Special Estate Residential (ER-10) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid
lines and marked ER-10 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law."
5. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 8 Estate Residential (ER) Zone Regulations by adding new subsections to
Section 8.13 Exceptions (ER) Zone as follows:
"8.13.11
8.13.11.1 Defined Area
ER-11 as shown on Schedule "A" Map 67 to this By-law.
8.13.11.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
60.0 metres
8.13.11.3 Minimum Lot Area
7800 m2
8.13.11.4 Permitted Buildings and Structures
Buildings and structures for the permitted uses north of the fill line as
shown on Schedule "A" Map 67 to this By-law."
6. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A", Map 67 by deleting from the Agricultural (A1) Zone and adding to
the Special Estate Residential (ER-11) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid
lines and marked ER-11 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.

7. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 8 Estate Residential (ER) Zone Regulations by adding new subsections to
Section 8.13 Exceptions (ER) zone as follows:
"8.13.12
8.13.12.1 Defined Area
ER-12 as shown on Schedule "A" Map 67 to this By-law.
8.13.12.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
110.0 metres
8.13.12.3 Minimum Lot Area
5600 m2
8.13.12.4 Minimum Front Yard Depth
12.0 metres
8.13.12.5 Permitted Buildings and Structures
Buildings and structures for the permitted uses north of the fill line as
shown on Schedule "A" Map 67 to this By-law."
8. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A', Map 67 by deleting from the Agricultural (A1) zone and adding to
the Special Estate Residential (ER-12) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid
lines and marked ER-12 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
9. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations
pursuant thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations
pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 1ST DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1994.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 1ST DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1994.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 1ST DAY OF SEPTEMBER,
1994.
