BY-LAW NO. Z333-95
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-law No. Z295-93 is hereby repealed.
2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section
8, Estate Residential (ER) Zone Regulations by adding the following subsections to
Section 8.12 EXCEPTIONS - ER Zone:
"8.13.9
8.13.9.1 Defined Area
ER-9 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 29 to this By-law.
8.13.9.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
80.0 metres (262 feet)
8.13.9.3 Minimum Lot Area
0.85 hectare (2.1 acres)"
3. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A" Map 29 by deleting from the Agricultural(Al) Zone and adding to the Special Estate
Residential (ER-9) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid lines and marked ER-9 on
Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
4. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section
5.11 EXCEPTIONS - Al Zone by adding the following subsections to Section 5.11
EXCEPTIONS - Al Zone:
"5.11.58
5.11.58.1 Defined Area
Al-58 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 29 to this By-law
5.11.58.2 Minimum Lot Area
10 hectares (25 acres)"
5. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", Map 29 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the Special
Agricultural (A1-58) Zone, those lands enclosed in heavy solid lines and marked Al-58
on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-
law.
6. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations pursuant thereto, upon
the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act, 1990 and regulations pursuant thereto, upon
the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 16TH DAY OF MARCH, 1995.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 16TH DAY OF MARCH, 1995.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 16TH DAY OF MARCH, 1995.
