BY-LAW NO.Z366-96
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 8,
Estate Residential (ER)Zone Regulations by adding new subsections to Section 8.13
EXCEPTIONS -ER Zone as follows:
"8.13.14
8.13.14.1 Defined Area
ER-14 as shown on Schedule "A",Map No. 67 to this By-law.
8.13.14.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
27 metres (90 feet).
8.13.14.3 Minimum Lot Area
1858 square metres(20,000 sq. ft.).
8.13.14.4 Prohibited Uses
The keeping, raising or propagation of livestock.
8.13.15
8.13.15.1 Defined Area
ER-15 as shown on Schedule "A",Map No. 67 to this By-law.
8.13.15.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
Notwithstanding Section 2.68 a)of this By-law,the front lot line shall be deemed
to be the lot line situated along the Concession Road between Concessions 3 and
4.
8.13.15.3 Minimum Lot Area
2500 square metres (26,000 sq. ft.).
8.13.15.4 Prohibited Uses

2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", Map No. 67 by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the Special
Estate Residential (ER-14)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked
ER-14 on Schedule "A" to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of
this By-law.

3. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", Map No. 67 by deleting from the Agricultural(A l)Zone and adding to the Special
Estate Residential(ER-15)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked
ER-15 on Schedule "A" to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of
this By-law.
4. THAT this By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 1ST DAY OF AUGUST, 1996.
READE A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 1ST DAY OF AUGUST, 1996.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately
2.0 hectares (5 acres) situated on the west side of Highway No. 19 in Part Lot 15, Concession
3 in the Township of Bayharn from the Agricultural (Al) Zone to the Special Estate Residential
(ER-14) and (ER-15) Zones as shown on the Key Map below.
The effect of this By-law will be to facilitate the conveyance of estate residential lots in
conformity with Official Plan Amendment No. 92 of the Township of Bayham, as amended and
approved.

I,Maureen Beatty hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z366-96 of the Corporation of
the Township of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 1st day of August,
1996 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the
Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18)of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on 22nd day of August, 1996 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
