BY-LAW NO. Z370-96
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 8, Estate Residential(ER)Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection
to Section 8.13 EXCEPTIONS-ER Zone as follows:
"8.13.16
8.13.16.1 Defined Area
ER-16 as shown on Schedule "A",Map No. 21 to this By-law.
8.13.16.2 Minimum Lot Frontage
30.0 metres (100.0 feet).
8.13.16.3 Vehicular Access Restrictions
Notwithstanding any other provisions of this By-law,vehicular
access to all buildings, structures and uses in the ER-16 Zone
shall be restricted to that portion of the ER-16 Zone which
constitutes existing, opened frontage on Maple Grove Road as
of the date of passing of this By-law."
2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule"A", Map No. 21 by deleting from the Estate Residential (ER)Zone and
adding to the Special Estate Residential (ER-16)Zone,those lands outlined in
heavy solid lines and marked ER-16 on Schedule "A"to this By-law, which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
3. THAT By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant
thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township Clerk within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 3rd day of October 1996.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 3rd day of October 1996. ,

I,Maureen Beatty hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z370-96 of the Corporation of
the Township of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 31d day of October,
1996 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the
Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18)of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on 25th day of October, 1996 and to this
date,no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
