BY-LAW NO. Z371-96
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended,is hereby further amended by amending
Section 7,Rural Residential (RR)Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection
to Section 7.13 EXCEPTIONS -RR ZONE AS FOLLOWS:
"7.13,24
7.13.24.1 Defined Area
RR-24 as shown on Schedule"A".Map No. 67 to this By-law.
7.13.24.2 Minimum Lot Area
1200 square metres
7.13.24.3 Minimum Lot Frontage
20 metres."
2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule"A",Map No. 67 by deleting from the Rural Residential(RR)Zone and
adding to the Special Rural Residential(RR-24)Zone,those lands outlined in
heavy solid lines and marked RR-24 on Schedule"A"to this By-law, which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
3. THAT this By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant
thereto,upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the township's Clerk within
the time prescribed by the PIanning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.

READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 5th day of December, 1996.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately
0.13 hectare (0.32 acre) situated in Part Lot 15, Concession 3, in the Township of Bayham,
from the Rural Residential (RR) Zone to a Special Rural Residential (RR-24) Zone.
The effect of this By-law will be to recognize reduced lot frontage and area requirements for one
infill lot.

I, Maureen Beatty hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z371-96 of the Corporation of the
Township of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 5th day of December,
1996 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the
Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day appeal period expired on January 2, 1997 and to this date, no notice
of objection has been filed by any person in the Office of the Clerk.
