BY-LAW NO. Z375-97
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A", Map No. 19 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al)Zone and
adding to the Estate Residential(ER) Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid
lines and marked ER on Schedule"A"to this By-law, which schedule is attached
to and forms part of this By-law.
2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 5,Agricultural(Al) Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to
Section 5.11 EXCEPTIONS—Al Zone as follows:
"5.11.68
5.11.68.1 Defined Area
Al-68 as shown on Schedule "A",Map No. 19 and Map No... 20
to this By-law.
5.11.68.2 Minimum Lot Area
12.2 hectares (30 acres)"
3. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule"A", Map No. 19 and Map No. 20 by deleting from the Agricultural
Z(A1) Zone and adding to the Special (A1-68) Zone,those lands outlined in
heavy solid lines and marked A1-68 on Schedule "A:to this By-law, which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
4. THAT this By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant
thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time, or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.

READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 31" day of July,
1997.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately
1.4 hectares (3.5 acres) situated in Part Lot 16, Concession 8, on the east side of Sandytown
Road, in the Township of Bayham, from the Agricultural(Al) Zone to the Estate Residential(ER)
Zone.
The effect of this By-law will be to facilitate the creation of one new estate residential lot in
accordance with Official Plan Amendment No. 104 as approved by the Ministry of Municipal
Affairs and Housing.

I,Maureen Beatty hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z375-97 of the Corporation of
the Township of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 31st day of July, 1997
was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the
Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on 21st day of August, 1997 and to this
date,no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
