BY-LAW NO.Z386-97

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule"A", Map No. 21 by deleting from the Special Agricultural (A1-14)
Zone and adding to the existing Special Agricultural(A1-67)Zone,those lands
outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1-67 on Schedule "A"to this By-law,
which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Section 5, Agricultural (Al)Zone Regulations by deleting subsection 5.11.14 and
replacing it with:
"5.11.14
5.11.14.1 Defined Area
A1-14 as shown on Schedule"A",Map No.21 to this by-law.
5.11.14.2 Minimum Lot Area
3.2 hectares(7.9 acres)
5.11.14.3 Prohibited Buildings
All residential buildings not in existence on the effective date of
this By-law."
3. THAT this By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant
thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time, or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Township's Clerk within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising
approximately 12.8 hectares (3.16 acres) situated on the south side of County Road No.
44 (Eden Line),in Part Lot 21, Concession 8, in the Township of Bayham from the
Special Agricultural(A1-14)Zone to the Special Agricultural(A1-67)Zone.
The effect of this By-law will be to facilitate the severance and conveyance of the subject
property to an adjacent land owner, located immediately to the west.

Section 34(2) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13
1, Maureen Beatty hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z386-97 of the Corporation of
the Township of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 2nd day of October,
1997 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the
Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on 24th day of October, 1997 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
