BY-LAW NUMBER Z397-98
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW
NO. 2387(Mary McQuiggan)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend Township of Bayham Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule"A", Map No. 64 by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and
adding to the Rural Residential(RR)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid
lines and marked RR on Schedule "A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached
to and forms part of this By-law.
3 THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant
thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 1St day of October, 1998.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALY PASSED this 1"day of October, 1998.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(Mary McQuiggan)
The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising
approximately 0.8 hectares(2 acres) situated on the east side of McQuiggan Line in Part
Lot 4, Concession 3 in the Municipality of Bayham from the Agricultural (Al) Zone to a
Rural Residential(RR)Zone.
The effect of this By-law will be to facilitate the creation of one new non-farm
residential building lot for retirement purposes through the process of severance and
conveyance.

Section 34(2) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990,Chapter P.13
I, Maureen Beatty, Co-ordinator of Planning and Community Services hereby certify on behalf
of the Clerk,that the notice for By-law No. Z397-98 of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 1st day of October, 1998 was given in
the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant
Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 231d day of October, 1998 and to
this date,no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
