BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A", Map No. 53 by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and
adding to the Special Highway Commercial (HWC-1) Zone, those lands
outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HWC-1 on Schedule "A"to this By-law,
which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant
thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk, within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME this 27th day of January, 1999.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 27th day of January, 1999.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 27th day of January, 1999.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising
approximately 1486 square metres (16,000 sq. ft.) situated on the west side of Plank Road
(Highway No. 19) south of Jackson Line, in Part Lot 15, Concession 5 in the
Municipality of Bayham from the Agricultural(A1)Zone)to a Special Highway
Commercial (HWC-1) Zone. The(HWC-1)Zone recognizes an existing church use on
adjacent lands. This site specific zoning conforms with an existing commercial
designation in the Official Plan.
The effect of this By-law will be to facilitate the severance and conveyance of the subject
lands to be consolidated with an adjacent parcel owned by the Evangelical Mission
Church. The lands subject to this By-law will be used for church parking purposes.

I, Maureen Beatty, Co-ordinator of Planning and Community Services hereby certify on behalf
of the Clerk, that the notice for By-law No. Z399-99 of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 21st day of January, 1999 was given in
the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant
Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 12th day of February, 1999 and to
this date,no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
