Section 34(2) of the Planning Act,RS.O. 1990, Chapter P.13
I,Maureen Beatty, Co-ordinator of Planning and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the
notice for By-law No. Z404-99 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed
by the Council of the Corporation on the 18th day of March, 1999 was given in the
manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant
Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day appeal period expired on the 15th day of April, 1999 and to
this date, no notice of objection had been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
By-law No. Z404-99 is in full force and effect.

BY-LAW NO.Z404-99

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary
to amend its Zoning By-law No. 23 87;
TII.EREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT notwithstanding the permitted uses of By-law No. 2387, as amended, those lands
outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1-71-T3 on Schedule "A", Map No. 36,
attached to and forming part of this By-law, may be used for the purposes of
accommodating an existing sandblasting business within existing buildings and structures
for a period of three (3)years from the effective date of this By-law.
2. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk, within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME AND SECOND TIME this 18th day of March, 1999.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 186 day of March, 1999.

BY-LAW NUMBER Z404-99
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately
19.8 hectares (48.9 acres) situated on the north side of Heritage Line (County Road No. 38) east
of Tollgate Road, in Part Lot 129,North Side of Talbot Road in the Municipality of Bayham
from the Agricultural (Al)Zone to a Temporary Special Agricultural (A1-71-T3)Zone.
The effect of this By-law will be to recognize an existing sandblasting operation on the subject
lands for a temporary period of three years.
