1, Maureen Beatty, Co-ordinator of Planning and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the
notice for By-law No. Z408-99 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed
by the Council of the Corporation on the 7th day of October, 1999 was given in the
manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant
Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
f also certify that the 20 day appeal period expired on the 28th day of October, 1999 and
to this date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
By-law No. Z408-99 is in full force and effect.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this By-law is to:
1) Change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approximately 3.0 hectares (7.5
acres) situated on the south side of Eden Line (County Road No. 44), west of
Plank Road (Highway No. 19), in Part Lot 21, Concession 8, in the Municipality
of Bayham from the Agricultural(A1-14)Zone to the Hamlet Residential (HR)
Zone.
The effect of this by-law will be to facilitate the creation of six(6) new residential lots to
be situated within the Hamlet of Eden. The largest of the lots at the west of the subject
land would be occupied by an existing dwelling. A maximum of five new building lots
could be added to the hamlet pursuant to the approval of this By-law.

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule "A", Map No. 21 by deleting from the Special Agricultural(A1-14)
Zone and adding to the Hamlet Residential(HR)Zone,those lands outlined in
heavy solid lines and marked HR on Schedule "A"to this By-law, which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant
thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk, within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
