Section 34(2) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13
I,Maureen Beatty, Co-ordinator of Planning and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the
notice for By-law No. 2411-99 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed
by the Council of the Corporation on the 19th day of August, 1999 was given in the
manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant
Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day appeal period expired on the 12th day of September, 1999
and to this date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the
Clerk.
By-law No. Z411-99 is in full force and effect.

THE CORPORATION OF THE

BY-LAW NO. Z411-99
(New Hope Baptist Church)
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend its Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT notwithstanding the permitted uses of By-law No. 2387, as amended,
those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HWC-2(T) on Schedule "A"
Map No. 7, attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, may be used for the
purposes of accommodating a school and church to be operated within existing
buildings and structures, for a temporary period of three (3) years from the
effective date of this By-law.
2. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant
thereto, upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk, within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 19th day of August, 1999.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 190i day of August, 1999.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this By-law is to extend the temporary zoning on a parcel of land
comprising approximately 0.7 hectares (1.8 acres) situated on the south side of Green
Line, immediately west of Talbot Line (Highway No. 3)in part Lot 18, Concession 10 in
the Municipality of Bayham which is currently zoned as a Temporary Special Highway
Commercial (HWC-2[T])Zone.
The effect of this By-law will be to permit the continuation of the use of the lands as a
school and church for a period of three years.
