I, Maureen Beatty, Co-ordinator of Planning and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z417-2000 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 18th day of May, 2000 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section
34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 12th day of June, 2000 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO.2387
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it
necessary to amend Zoning By-law No.2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as
follows:
1. THAT By-law No.2387, as amended,is hereby further amended by amending
Schedule"A"by deleting from the Hamlet Residential(HR)Zone and adding to
the Hamlet Commercial(HC)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and
marked HC on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and
forms part of this By-law.
2. THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk
within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant
thereto,upon the expiration of the prescribed time;or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within
the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,
upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
Read a first time this 18th day of May,2000.
Read a second time this 18th day of May,2000.
Read a third time and finally passed this 18th day of May,2000.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
THE PURPOSE of the amendment is to change the zoning on a parcel of land
comprising approximately 900 m2(9600 ft2)on the east side of Plank Road(County Road
No. 19),north of Fifth Street in Straffordville,from the Hamlet Residential(HR)Zone to
the Hamlet Commercial(HC)Zone.
THE EFFECT of this By-law will be to enlarge an existing driveway located on the
adjacent commercial property through the process of severance and conveyance.
