BY-LAW NO. Z420-2000
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. 2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.2387,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the site specific Agricultural(Al-
73)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1-74 on Schedule"A"to this
By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5,
Agricultural (Al) Zone Regulations by adding a new subsection to Section 5.11, EXCEP-
TIONS, as follows:
"5.1.11.74
5.11.74.1 Defined Area
A1-74 as shown on Schedule"A", Map No. 27 and 35 to this By-law.
5.11.73.2 Minimum Lot Area
5.0 hectares (12.4 acres)"
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration
of the prescribed time; or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 20th DAY OF JULY, 2000.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 20th DAY OF JULY, 2000.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 20th DAY OF JULY, 2000.

EXPLANATORY NOTE RE: BY-LAW NO. Z420-2000
THE PURPOSE of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising
approximately 5.0 hectares (12.4 acres) situated on the west side of Plank Road (county Rd. No.
19), south of Black Bridge Line, in Part Lots 18, 19, 127, Concession 7 &North Gore, in the
Municipality of Bayham from the Agricultural (Al)Zone to a site specific Agricultural (A1-74)
Zone.
THE EFFECT of this By-law will be to facilitate the addition of a buildable area with safe
vehicular access to an existing lot in accordance with the policies of the Official Plan relating to
adjustments of existing lots.

NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING CONCERNING A
PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham will hold a
public meeting on Thursday July 20th, 2000, at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers in
Straffordville to consider a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment under Section 34 of the
PLANNING ACT.
THE PURPOSE of this By-law is to change the zoning on a parcel of land comprising approxi-
mately 5.5 hectares (13.6 acres) situated on the west side of Plank Road (County Rd. No. 19),
south of Black Bridge Line, in Part Lots 18, 19, 127, Concession 7 & North Gore, in the
Municipality of Bayham, from the Agricultural (A1) Zone to a site specific Agricultural (A1-74)
Zone.
THE EFFECT of this By-law will be to facilitate the addition of a buildable area with safe
vehicular access to an existing lot in accordance with the policies of the Official Plan relating to
adjustments of existing lots.
ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting and/or make a written or verbal representation in
support of or in opposition to the proposed amendment.
IF A PERSON OR PUBLIC BODY that files an appeal of a decision of the Council of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham in respect of the proposed zoning by-law does not
make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Council of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham before the proposed zoning by-law is adopted, the
Ontario Municipal Board may dismiss all or part of the appeal.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION relating to the proposed amendment may be obtained at the
Municipal Office.
