THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
BY-LAW NO.Z433-2001
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO.2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No.2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"A", by deleting from the Agricultural. (Al) Zone and. adding to the site-specific Rural
Residential(RR-31)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR-31 on
Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Section 7
—Rural Residential (RR) Zone Regulations by adding the following subsection to Section
7.13 EXCEPTIONS as follows:
"c7.13.31
7.13.31.1 Defined Area
RR-31 as shown on Schedule "A",Map No. 11 to this By-law.
7.13.31.2 Minimum Lot Area
1.37 hectares
7.13.31.3 Permitted Buildings and Structures
One single-detached residential dwelling unit
Accessory buildings and structures for the permitted uses."
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration
of the prescribed time;or
b) where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Mt and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board.

READ A SECOND'lam THIS 6th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2001.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2001.
