HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z439-2001 10/15/2001 13:43 FAX 519 472 9354 Cumming Cockburn Ltd 3 BAYHAM II 003 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO.Z439 2001 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO.2387 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No,2387; THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule "A", Map No. 62 by deleting from the Estate Residential (ER) Zone and adding to the Hazard Lands (HL) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked IIL on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 2. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule "A",Map No, 62 by deleting from the Estate Residential(ER)Zone and adding to the site- specific Estate Residential (ER-17) Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked ER-17 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 3. THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 8., ESTATE RESIDENTIAL (ER) ZONE REGULATIONS by adding a section to 8.13 — EXCEPTIONS—Estate Residential Mit.)Zone as follows: "8.13.17 8.13.17.1 Defined Area ER-17 as shown on Schedule"A",Map No. 62 to this By-law; 8.13.17.2 Minimum Rear Yard Depth--From the 212.5 Metre Contour Elevation 5.0 Metres 8.1.3.17.3 Building,Structure,and Grading Regulations No buildings or structures shall be constructed,and no regrading ofland shall occur below the 212.5 metre contour elevation as shown on Schedule,Map No. 62 to the Zoning By-law." 10/15/2001 13:43 FAX 519 472 9354 Cumming Cockburn Ltd -4 BAYHAM I ]004 4. THIS By-law comes into force: a) where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the prescribed time;or b) where notice of objection has been tiled with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the approval of the Ontario Mmicipal Board.
