BY-LAW NO. Z464-2003
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW No. Z456-2003 and BY-LAW No.2387
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003 and Zoning By-law No.2387;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No.38,by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the site-specific Agricultural
(A1-15)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al-15 on Schedule"A"to this By-
law,which schedule is attached toand forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. 2387,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",Map
No. 38,by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the site-specific Agricultural(Al-
77)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1-77 on Schedule"B"to this By-law,
which schedule is attached toand forms part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended,by amending Section 5.11—
Exceptions,by adding the following new subsection:
"5.11.15
5.11.15.1 Defined Area
Al-15 as shown on Schedule"A",Map 38 to this By-law.
5.11.15.2 Permitted Uses
An accessory retail use to an existing commercial operation to a maximum of
80 m2 and located within an existing building, in addition to all other uses
permitted in the Al Zone.
4) THAT By-law No. 2387, as amended, is hereby further amended, by amending Section 5.11 -
Exceptions,by adding the following new subsection:
"5.11.77
5.11.77.1 Defined Area
Al-77 as shown on Schedule"B",Map 38 to this By-law.
5.11.77.2 Permitted Uses
An accessory retail use to an existing commercial operation to a maximum of
80 m2 and located within an existing building, in addition to all other uses
permitted in the Al Zone.
5) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the
prescribed tine; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 16th DAY OF OCTOBER 2003.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 16th DAY OF OCTOBER 2003.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 16th DAY OF OCTOBER 2003.
