I, Lynda Millard, Clerk hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z474-2004 of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 20th
day of May 2004 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations
made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 15th day of June 2004 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
By-laws No. Z474-2004 is in full force and effect.

BY-LAW NO.Z474-2004
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Map No.74,by
deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the Rural Residential(RR)Zone those lands
outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR on Schedule"A" to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Map No.74,by
deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the Special Agricultural(A2)Zone those lands
outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A2 on Schedule "A" to this By-law, which schedule is
attached to and forms part of this By-law.
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the
prescribed tinm; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 20th DAY OF May 2004.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 20th DAY OF May 2004.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 20th DAY OF May 2004.
