Section 34(22) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13
I,Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. 2480-2004 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 2nd day of September 2004 was given in the manner and form and to
the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under
Section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 30th day of September 2004 and to
this date,no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
By-law No. Z480-2004 is in full force and effect.

THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYIIAM
BY-LAW NO.Z480-2004
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.2456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 14,by deleting from the Rural Residential(RR)Zone and adding to the Rural Residential-
Temporary 4(RR-T4)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR-T4 on Schedule
"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 29 -
Temporary(T)Zone,by adding the following new subsection:
"29.4.10 RR-T4 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 14, a seasonal gift shop not
exceeding six (6) months in any calendar year, shall be permitted, for a
period not exceeding three(3)year(s) ending September 2nd,2007."
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto upon the expiration of the
prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 2nd DAY OF September 2004.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 211d DAY OF September 2004.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2nd DAY OF September 2004.
