I,Margaret Underhill,Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z483-2004 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 7th day of October 2004 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section
34(18) of the Planning Act.
[also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 2nd day of November 2004 and to
this date,no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
By-law No. Z483-2004 is in full force and effect.

THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
BY-LAW NO.Z483-2004
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5.0
Agricultural(Al)Zone Regulations,by deleting subsection 5.11.14 in its entirety.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Section 15.0
Highway Commercial(HWC)Zone Regulations,by adding the following new subsection:
"15.10.2
15.10.2.1 Defined Area
HWC-2 as shown on Schedule"A",Map 7 to this by-law
15.10.2.2 Permitted Uses
Auction sales facility in addition to all other uses permitted in the HWC Zone
15.10.2.3 Prohibited Uses
Hotel
Motel"
3) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 7, by deleting from the Agricultural-A(Al-A)Zone and adding to the Agricultural(Al)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
4) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 8, by deleting from the Agricultural-A(Al-A)Zone and adding to the Agricultural(Al)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al on Schedule"B"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
5) :
i) By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",Map
No. 17,by deleting from the Mobile Home(MH)Zone and adding to the site-specific Open Space
(OS-7)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked 0S-7 on Schedule"C"to this
By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law;
ii) By-law No.2456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Section 25.0 Open
Space(OS)Zone Regulations,by adding the following new subsection:
"15.C.7
25.8.7.1 Defined Area
OS-7 as shown on Schedule"A",Map 17 to this by-law
25.8.7.2 remitted Uses
Travel trailer park
Convenience Store as an accessory use"
6) THAT:
i) By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",Map
No.41,by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the Institutional(I)Zone those
lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Ion Schedule"D"to this By-law,which schedule
is attached to and forms part of this By-law; and
ii) By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",Map
No. 41,by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the Rural Commercial(RC)
Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RC on Schedule"D"to this By-law,
which schedule is attached toand forms part of this By-law; and
iii) By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",Map
No.41,by deleting from the Institutional(I)zone and Rural Commercial(RC)Zone and adding to
the Agricultural (Al)Zone those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al on Schedule
"D"to this By-law which schedule is attached toand forms part of this By-law;
7) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No.48,by deleting from the Agricultural-A(Al-A)Zone and adding to the Agricultural(Al)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al on Schedule"E"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
8) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 67,by deleting from the Agricultural-A(Al-A)Zone and adding to the Agricultural(Al)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al on Schedule"F"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and fortes part of this By-law.
9) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 68,by deleting from the Agricultural-A(Al-A)Zone and adding to the Agricultural(Al)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al on Schedule"G"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
10) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 74,by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the Rural Residential(RR)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR on Schedule"H"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
11) THAT:
i) By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"F",Map
No. 2, by deleting from the Village Residential (R1) Zone and adding to the Local
CommerciallVillage Residential(C2/R1) Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and
marked C2/R1 on Schedule"1"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of
this By-law; and
ii) By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"F',Map
No.2,by deleting from the Local Commercial/Village Residential(C2/R1)Zone and adding to
the Village Residential(R1)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked R1 on
Schedule"I"to this By-law,which schedule is attached b and forms part of this By-law;
12) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"I",
Map No.5,by deleting from the Institutional(I)Zone and adding to the Village Residential(Rl)Zone,
those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked R1 on Schedule "J" to this By-law, which
schedule is attached b and forms part of this By-law;
13) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"I",
Map No.5,by deleting from the Institutional(I)Zone and adding to the Central Business District(C1)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Cl on Schedule"J"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached b and forms part of this By-law;
14) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 31,by deleting from the Agricultural-A(Al-A)Zone and adding to the Agricultural(Al)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al on Schedule"K"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
15) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the
prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.

READ A SECOND TIME THIS 7th DAY OF October 2004.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 7th DAY OF October 2004.
