HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z489-2004 y t Yleli.i11 i---. ~ MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ' `y CLERK'S CERTIFICATE Section 34(22) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13 I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for By-law No. Z489-2004 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council of the Corporation on the 4th day of November 2004 was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section 34(18)of the Planning Act. I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 2nd day of December 2004 and to this date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk. By-law No. Z489-2004 is in full force and effect. Dated at the Municipality of Bayham this 6th day of December 2004. / / / ,` , • ann ng Coordinator/Deputy Clerk File: D 14.PENN THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO.Z489-2004 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003,as amended; THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipalityof Bayham enacts as follows: 1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A", Map No. 53, by removing from the Agricultural(Al) Zone and adding to the site-specific Rural Residential(RR-10)Zone those lands that are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR-10 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached toand forms part of this By-law. 2) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A", Map No. 53, by removing from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the Special Agricultural (A2)Zone those lands that are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A2 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached toand forms part of this By-law. 3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 7.0 - Rural Residential(RR)Zone Regulations,by adding the following subsection: "7.13.10 7.13.10.1 Defined Area RR-10 as shown on Schedule"A",Map No. 53 to this By-law. 7.13.10.2 Prohibited Uses Notwithstanding the regulations of subsection 7.11.1 of this By-law, the keeping of livestock shall be prohibited" 4) THIS By-law comes into force: a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant theretq upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
