HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z493-2004 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO. 2493-2004 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended; THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows: 1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"G",Calton Map,by removing the holding(h)symbol from the Hamlet Residential (HR(h))Zone on those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HR on Schedule"A" to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 2) THIS By-law shall come into force on the date of passing. READ A FIRST TIME THIS 46 DAY OF November 2004. READ A SECOND TIME THIS 4th DAY OF November 2004. READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 4th DAY OF November 2004.
