BY-LAW NO. Z511-2005
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 31,by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the Estate Residential(ER)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked ER on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No.31,by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the Hazard Lands(HL)Zone,
those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked HL on Schedule"A"to this By-law, which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 31, by deleting from the Agricultural(Al) Zone and adding to the site-specific Special
Agricultural(A2)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A2-2 on Schedule"A"to
this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
4) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No.31,by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the site-specific Agricultural
(A1-21)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A1-21 on Schedule"A"to this
By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
5) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5 -
Agricultural(Al)Zone Regulations,by adding the following new subsection:
"5.11.21
5.11.21.1 Defied Area
A1-21 as shown on Schedule"A",Map No. 7 to this By-law
5.11.21.2 Minimum Lot Area
1.7 hectares
5.11.21.3 Minimum Lot Frontage
85 metres"
6) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 6 --
Special Agricultural(A2)Zone Regulations,by adding the following new subsection:
"6.11.2
6.11.2,1 Defined Area
A2-2 as shown on Schedule"A",Map No.7 to this By-law
6.11.2.2 Minimum Lot Area
13.5 hectares"

7) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the
prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 15th DAY OF September 2005.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 15th DAY OF September 2005.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15th DAY OF September 2005.

Section 34(22) of the Planning Act,R.S.U. 1990, Chapter P. 13
I,Margaret Underhill,Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z511-2005 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 15th day of September 2005 was given in the manner and form and to
the persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under
Section 34(18)of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 11th day of October 2005 and to this
date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
By-law No. Z511-2005 is in full force and effect.
