BY-LAW NO.Z513-2005
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No.7,by deleting from the Agricultural-A(Al-A)Zone and adding to the Farm Industrial(MI)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked M1 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 7, by deleting from the Agricultural-A(Al-A)Zone and adding to the Agricultural(Al)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 10,by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the Rural Residential(RR)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR on Schedule"B"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
4) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 17,by deleting from the Agricultural-A(Al-A)Zone and adding to the Agricultural (Al)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al on Schedule"C"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
5) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 17,by deleting from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and adding to the Rural Residential(RR)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR on Schedule"C"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
6) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No.24,by deleting from the Agricultural-A(Al-A)Zone and adding to the Agricultural(Al)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al on Schedule"D"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
7) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 26, by deleting from the Agricultural (Al) Zone and adding to the site-specific Farm
Industrial(Ml-2)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked MI-2 on Schedule"E"
to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
8) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 31,by deleting from the Agricultural A(Al-A)Zone and adding to the Agricultural (Al)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al on Schedule"F"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached toand forms part of this By-law.
9) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No.64,by deleting from the Agricultural-A(Al-A)Zone and adding to the Agricultural(Al)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked Al on Schedule"G"to this By-law,which
schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law;
10) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 73, by deleting from the Agricultural/Wind Farm (Al/WF) Zone and adding to the
Agricultural(Al)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked AI on Schedule"H"to
this By-law,which schedule is attached toand forms part of this By-law.
11) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 77, by deleting from the Agricultural/Wind Farm (A1/WF) Zone and adding to the
Agricultural(Al)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A.1/WF on Schedule"I"
to this By-law,which schedule is attached toand forms part of this By-law.
12) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"F",
Map No.2,by deleting from the Village Residential(R1)Zone and adding to the site-specific Village
Residential(R1-5)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked R1-5 on Schedule"7"
to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
13) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"I",
Map No. 2, by deleting from the Village Local Commercial(C2) Zone and adding to the Village
Residential(R1)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked R1 on Schedule"K"to
this By-law,which schedule is attached io and forms part of this By-law.
14) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following
subsection to subsection 10.12—EXCEPTIONS (Village Residential 1)Zone:
"10.12.5
10.12.5.1 Defined Area
R1-5 as shown on Schedule"F",Map 2 to this By-law
10.12.5.2 Permitted Uses
A truck terminal;
A transport truck/trailer training school, including training on other mechanised
heavy equipment;
Outdoor storage of trucks and trailers and other heavy equipment related to the above
uses;
All other permitted uses in the Villaw Residential 1 (R1)Zone"
15) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the
prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.

I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z513-2005 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 20th day of October 2005 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section
34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 15th day of November 2005 and to
this date, no notice of objection has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
Therefore,By-law No. Z513-2005 is in full force and effect.
