HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning By-law No. Z519-2006 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO. Z519-2006 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipalityof Bayham deems it necessary to amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003,as amended; THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipalityof Bayham enacts as follows: 1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A"Map No. 32, by removing from the site-specific Agricultural(A1-9)Zone and adding to the site-specific Rural Residential(RR-11)Zone those lands that are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR-11 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 2) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A"Map No.32,by removing from the Agricultural(Al)Zone and the site-specific Agricultural(Al-9)Zone and adding to the site-specific Special Agricultural(A2-3)Zone those lands that are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A2-3 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law. 3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 6 — Special Agricultural(A2)Zone Regulations, by adding the following new subsection: "6.11.3 6.11.3.1 Defined Area A2-3 as shown on Schedule "A",Map No. 32 to this By-law 611.3.2 Permitted Uses An existing assembly hall may only be used for the uses permitted in the A2 Zone 6.11.3.3 Prohibited Uses Notwithstanding the regulations of subsection 5.1 of this Bylaw, the keeping of livestock shall be prohibited." 4) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Section 7—Rural Residential(RR)Zone Regulations,by adding the following new subsection: "7.13.11 7.13.11.1 Defined Area RR-11 as shown on Schedule "A", Map No. 32 to this By-law. 7.13.11.2 Minimum Front Yard Depth 14 metres 7.13.11.3 Prohibited Uses Notwithstanding the regulations of subsection 7.11.1 of this By-law, the keeping of livestock shall be prohibited." 5) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5 Agricultural(Al)Zone Regulations,by deleting subsection 5.11.9 in its entirety. 6) THIS By-law comes into force: a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant theretq upon the expiration of the prescribed time; or b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 28th day of March 2006 and to this date, no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office of the Clerk. By-law No. Z519-2006 is in full force and effect.
