I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z522-2006 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 7th day of June 2006 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section
34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 4th day of July 2006 and to this
date,no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office of the
Clerk.
By-law No. Z522-2006 is in full force and effect.

THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
BY-LAW NO. Z522-2006
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipalityof Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 5
Agricultural(Al)Zone Regulations,by modifying deleting subsection 5.11.15 and replacing it with
the following new subsection:
"5.11.15
5.11.15.1 Defined Area
A1-15-A as shown on Schedule"A",Map 38 to this By-law.
5.11.15.2 Additional Permitted Uses
An accessary retail use to an existing agricultural-commercial operation,to
a maximum of 135 m2;
Outdoor café area,to a maximum of 420 m2"
2) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the
prescribed tine; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto. upon the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.
