meeting of Council held on August 17, 2006. Council passed the following resolution:
2006-455 Moved by M.Taylor
Seconded by M. Schafer
"THAT Staff Report 02006-041 be received;
AND THAT the rezoning on a portion of a property described as Plan 54 Lot 3,
owned by Henry and Helen Klassen,west side Snow Street,from Village Residential
1(R1)to site-specific Local Commercial Holding(C2-3(h)) be denied.”

THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
BY-LAW NO.Z527-2006
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"H",
Map No. 2, by removing from the Village Residential 1 (Rl)Zone and adding to the site-specific
Local Commercial(C2-3)Zone,those lands that are outlined in heavy solid lines and marked C2-3 on
Schedule"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached toand forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 18—
Local Commercial(C2)Zone Regulations by adding the following new subsection:
18.13.3
18.13.2.1 Defined Area
C2-3 as shown on Schedule"H",Map 2 to this By-law.
18.13.3.2 Permitted Uses
Public Garage with a maximum of two(2) service bays
18.13.3.3 Outdoor Activity Regulations
No activities associated with the permitted use,including,but not limited to,
overnight motor vehicle storage, repairs,and motor vehicle parts storage,
shall be permitted outdoors."
18.13.3.4 Minimum Side Yard Depth
3.9 metres southerly side yard;
18.13.3.5 Holding Regulations
A holding (h) symbol shall be placed on the lands until such time as an
agreement is entered into between the Municipality and the owner to
maintain or bring up to municipal standards for assumption,that portion of
Snow Street fronting the C2-3 Zone.
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto upon the expiration of the
prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.
