BY-LAW NO.Z534-2006
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No.Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No.49,by deleting from the Agricultural(Al-A)Zone and adding to the Rural Residential(RR)
Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR-12 on Schedule"A"to this By-law,
which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No.49,by deleting fruit the Agricultural(Al-A)Zone and adding to the Special Agricultural
(A2-4)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked A2-5 on Schedule"A"to this By-
law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
3) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 6 -
Special Agricultural(A2)Zone,by adding the following new subsection:
"6.11.2
6.11.2.1 Defined Area
A2-5 as shown on Schedule"A",Map No.49 to this By-law
6.11.2.2 Minimum Lot Area
39 hectares"
4) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 6 —
Special Agricultural(A2)Zone,by adding the following new subsection:
"7.13.12
7.13.11.1 Defined Area
RR-12 as shown on Schedule"A",Map No. 32 to this By-law.
7.13.11.2 Prohibited Uses
The keeping,raising, and propagation of livestock"
5) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the
prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.

READ A SECOND TIME THIS 19th DAY OF October 2006.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 19th DAY OF October 2006.

Section 34(22) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13
I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z534-2006 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 19`1 day of October 2006 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section
34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 14th day of November 2006 and to
this date,no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office
of the Clerk.
By-law No. Z534-2006 is in full force and effect.
