BY-LAW NO. Z540-2007

BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend Zoning By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Schedule
"H", Map No. 2, by deleting from the Floodway (FW) Zone and adding to the site-specific
Floodway(FW-4) Zone, those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked FW-4 on Schedule
"A"to this By-law, which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 26—
Floodway(FW)Zone Regulations,by adding the following new subsection:
"26.3.4
26.3.4.1 Defined Area
FW-4 as shown on Schedule"A",Map 2 to this By-law
26.3.4.2 Permitted Uses
One(1) single-detached dwelling in addition to all other uses permitted in
the FW Zone
26.3.4.3 Holding(hi Symbol
The holding symbol shall remain on the lands until such time as a
development permit is issued by the Long Point Region Conservation
Authority and a development agreement is executed between the
owner(s)and the Municipality regarding servicing and lot grading."
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the
time prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
expiration of the prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the
approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 7th DAY OF June 2007.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 7th DAY OF June 2007.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 7th DAY OF June 2007.

Section 34(22) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13
I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z540-2007 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 7th day of June 2007 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section
34(18) of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 3rd day of July 2007 and to this
date,no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office of the
Clerk.
By-law No. Z540-2007 is in full force and effect.
