BY-LAW NO. Z542-2007
(STRAFFORDVILLE GOSPEL HALL)
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. Z456-2003,AS AMENDED
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to amend
Zoning By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended;
THEREFORE,the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1) THAT By-law No.Z456-2003,as amended,is hereby further amended by amending Schedule"A",
Map No. 41, by deleting from the Institutional (I) Zone and adding to the site-specific Rural
Residential(RR-13)Zone,those lands outlined in heavy solid lines and marked RR-13 on Schedule
"A"to this By-law,which schedule is attached to and forms part of this By-law.
2) THAT By-law No. Z456-2003, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending Section 12—
Rural Residential(RR)Zone Regulations,by adding the following new subsection:
"7.13.12
7.13.12.1 Defined Area
RR-13 as shown on Schedule"A",Map No. 32 to this By-law.
7.13.12.2 Minimum Lot Area
750 m2
7.13.12.3 Minimum Lot Frontage
27 m
7.13.12.2 Minimum Front Yard Setback for Existing Building
1.0 m
7.13.12.2 Supnlemental Regulations
The type and size of private sanitary sewage treatment and disposal system shall be
consistent with the recommendation of the Chief Building Official."
3) THIS By-law comes into force:
a) Where no notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time
prescribed by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto,upon the expiration of the
prescribed time; or
b) Where notice of objection has been filed with the Municipal Clerk within the time prescribed
by the Planning Act and regulations pursuant thereto, upon the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.
READ A FIRST TIME THIS 2191 DAY OF June 2007.
READ A SECOND TIME THIS 219`DAY OF June 2007.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 219`DAY OF June 2007.

Section 34(22) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13
I, Margaret Underhill, Planning Coordinator and Deputy Clerk hereby certify that the notice for
By-law No. Z542-2007 of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham passed by the Council
of the Corporation on the 21st day of June 2007 was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Section
34(18)of the Planning Act.
I also certify that the 20 day objection period expired on the 17th day of July 2007 and to this
date,no notice of objection has been filed under Section 34(19)by any person in the office of the
Clerk.
By-law No. Z542-2007 is in full force and effect.
