AND THAT Council direct staff to bring forward By-law No. 2019-002, being a by-law to authorize borrowing from time to time to meet current expenditures during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019, for Council consideration. By -Law No. 2018-093 Being a by-law to provide for drainage works in the Municipality of Bayham in the County of Elgin known as the Branch 'A' of the No.1 Municipal Drain (This by-law follows the recommendation made in Report DS -65/18 during the Court of Revision of December 20, 2018) (Third and Final Reading) B. By -Law No. 2019-001 Being a by-law to provide for an interim tax levy (This by-law follows the recommendation made in Report TR -02/19 by Lorne James, Treasurer during the regular meeting of January 3, 2019) C. By -Law No. 2019-002 Being a by-law to authorize borrowing from time to time to meet current expenditures during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019 (This by-law follows the recommendation made in Report TR -02/19 by Lorne James, Treasurer during the regular meeting of January 3, 2019) D. By -Law No. 2019-003 Being a by-law to establish an Advisory Board and Committee Policy (This by-law follows the recommendation made in Report CAO -77/18 by Paul Shipway, CAO 1 Clerk during the regular meeting of December 6, 2018) E.
