Home My WebLink AboutBy-law No. 2018-086 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW NO. 2018-086 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2004-095 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE A SITE PLAN AGREEMENT WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham on the 4th day of November 2004 enacted By- Law 2004-095, being a by-law to authorize a site plan agreement on lands identified as 14769 Bayham Drive; AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham enacted a Site Plan Control Area By-law pursuant to Section 41 of the Planning Act; AND WHEREAS Council is desirous of amending By-Law 2004-095; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT Schedule "B" of By-law 2004-095 be removed and replaced by Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of this by-law being plans showing the location of all existing and proposed buildings and structures and showing the location of all facilities and works to be provided in conjunction therewith and of all facilities and works required as per the site plan agreement; 2. THAT in all other respects By-Law 2004-095 is hereby confirmed and remains unchanged; 3.
